Advice4Homeownership: where your marketing reaches consumers, and how leads come back to you

Advice4Homeownership is the consumer-facing site behind Studio4Agents: it is where your shared articles, your ad, your free guides and your public profile page are seen by buyers, sellers and homeowners.

Advice4Homeownership is an independent publisher of plain-language articles on buying, selling, financing, insuring and owning a home. Studio4Agents agents share its articles and guides under their own name.

The purpose: leads and attribution

Everything on Advice4Homeownership is built to do one job: turn a consumer who reads your content into an identified lead, credited to you. Every article, ad, guide and profile page knows which agent sent the reader, and when a loan officer sponsors that agent, which loan officer as well.

What consumers see on Advice4Homeownership

  • Articles: when someone opens an article from your shared link, your ad appears on it, with your headshot, brokerage, phone number and an "Ask" button.
  • Your agent attribution sticks: the site remembers you as the reader’s agent for 30 days as they keep browsing.
  • Free guides: downloadable guides are branded with your name and details when the reader arrives through your link.
  • Your profile page: a public page under your name, with your towns and specialties, listed in the site’s agent directory and built to be found in search.
  • Your own landing page: a direct link you can share that opens the site with you as the agent.

How a lead comes back to you

  1. 1

    You share

You post an article or guide from your Playbook. The link carries your agent ID.

  2. 2

    They read

The reader lands on Advice4Homeownership and sees your ad, not someone else’s.

  3. 3

    They act

They ask you a question or download a free guide.

  4. 4

    You get the lead

The question or download arrives in your Studio4Agents Leads, with an email alert that includes whether they are buying or selling and their timeframe. It can also be pushed to your CRM (BoldTrail, Follow Up Boss, Lofty or HubSpot).

Know where each lead is in their journey

A lead from Advice4Homeownership arrives with context, not just a name. Every question records whether the person is buying, selling, doing both or just researching, their timeframe, and the article they were reading. Every guide download records which guide they chose, such as the guide to selling for top dollar or the guide to buying a home in three months.

That tells you where someone is in their buying or selling process, so your follow-up can match it.

Get found in Google and AI search

Your profile becomes a public page on Advice4Homeownership under your name. It is built the way Google and AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Gemini read the web: your brokerage, license, towns, specialties and credentials are published in structured form and linked to your other profiles, and the page is listed in the site’s sitemap.

The same name, photo, brokerage and phone number appear on everything you share, which helps search tools recognize you as one real, local agent. The page goes live automatically once your profile is complete.

Whose lead is it?

A question asked of the agent goes to the agent, and a lead that comes from the agent’s shared content belongs to that agent.

When a loan officer sponsors an agent, the loan officer’s card appears beneath the agent’s on articles, with its own "Ask" button. Questions asked of the loan officer go to the loan officer. Each professional receives only the leads addressed to them.
